Key Responsibilities

Build and refine activation metrics to identify growth opportunities
Develop dashboards and data structures for accessible activation insights
Design and analyze A/B tests to optimize user onboarding and product features

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience as a Data or Product Analyst, preferably in fintech
Proven expertise in designing and running A/B tests
Advanced proficiency in SQL and relational databases
Strong experience with Tableau or similar BI tools
Strong Python skills (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Statsmodels)
