Senior Product Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst 1 to improve learner experiences through data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Learning Science and Instructional Design to map learning models to learner outcomes
• Create and maintain dashboards visualizing learner progress and satisfaction
• Design and analyze experiments to measure the impact of product features and improvements

Required Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in product or business analytics, preferably in B2C, SaaS, or education
• Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and visualization
• Experience with A/B testing, funnel analysis, and behavioral modeling
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable product insights
• Experience building dashboards in Tableau, Looker, or similar tools
