Senior Product Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the product life cycle from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements
• Drive daily execution of strategic initiatives and coordinate with cross-functional teams to define product features
• Monitor product performance, manage issues, and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs)

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or related field
• Two years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or related role
• Experience with User Stories, Acceptance Test-Driven Development, and Agile methodologies
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, GitHub, and Figma
• Experience in Digital or Omni-Channel Product Management and Loyalty Platforms
