Job Summary

Senior Product Analyst, this full-time role involves driving data-informed decision making to enhance web and mobile customer experiences through actionable insights and performance measurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the embedded analytics expert within the product team, supporting web and mobile product experiences
• Design and implement product performance measurement frameworks and KPIs to track engagement and customer behavior
• Partner with product and engineering teams to design, evaluate, and analyze experiments and A/B tests

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product analytics, business analytics, or a related analytical role
• Advanced proficiency with analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI and Adobe Analytics
• Deep understanding of web and mobile analytics concepts including cohort analysis and experimentation frameworks
• Experience partnering with product teams in an agile product development environment
• Strong ability to communicate insights and influence product decisions through data storytelling
