Job Summary

Maintaining and implementing software applications, the full-time Senior Product Analyst will coordinate testing, quality assurance, and support to ensure smooth integration and updates of software systems in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate software application testing and quality assurance processes
• Implement and support software applications, ensuring timely updates and stability
• Establish and maintain proper controls over test and production systems

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in client implementations involving X12 transactions
• Basic understanding of HIPAA 834 transactions
• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant professional qualification
