Senior Product Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting a Product Manager and National Product Leader, the full-time Senior Product Analyst will conduct analyses of business results and marketplace trends, assist in managing day-to-day operations, and design new product enhancements in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct analyses of business results, marketplace trends, and new market opportunities
• Create data-driven recommendations based on analyses and understanding of business objectives
• Design new product enhancements and build the required product documentation for internal use and DOI filings

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in economics, business administration, mathematics/statistics, finance, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in insurance product management
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
• Self-motivated with a can-do attitude and ability to adapt to changing business needs
