Senior Product Analyst

Job Summary

Focused on enabling data-informed product decisions, the full-time Senior Product Analyst will analyze product performance and user behavior, partner with product teams, and support decision-making processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze product performance and user behavior to generate actionable insights for product strategy and prioritization
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Owners to translate business objectives into analytical approaches and communicate findings effectively
• Support decision-making processes by providing data-backed insights and contributing to product reviews and planning sessions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, business, economics, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 5-7 years of experience in data analysis and translating insights into business or product recommendations
• Experience in a product-oriented organization with familiarity in product metrics and outcome-based measurement
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
