Senior Product Analyst

Job Summary

To support the development of an AI-native operating system, the full-time Senior Product Analyst will translate product vision into detailed requirements, conduct customer research, and partner with engineering teams to ensure successful product delivery in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Translate product vision into detailed, testable requirements and acceptance criteria
• Conduct customer research to understand workflows and identify product improvement opportunities
• Act as the primary product contact for engineering, resolving implementation questions and ensuring quality delivery

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in roles such as Product Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or Product Owner
• Experience translating customer needs into clear product requirements
• Strong skills in requirements writing with clear, testable acceptance criteria
• Experience in SaaS products or workflow platforms
• Familiarity with AI-native products and software workflows
