Senior Product Analyst

Job Summary

Driving strategy and innovation, the full-time Senior Product Analyst will analyze business performance and leverage data-driven insights to influence product and pricing strategies for Property & Casualty insurance products in a remote or hybrid setting.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business performance and translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
• Evaluate the impact of product, pricing, and underwriting changes on key performance metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and develop scalable analytics solutions

Required qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with experience working with large, complex datasets
• Proficiency in Snowflake, Databricks, SQL, Python, and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Knowledge of actuarial and pricing concepts, insurance market dynamics, and regulatory environments
• Experience collaborating across Product, Actuarial, State Management, IT, and Data Engineering teams
• Ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
