Senior Product Analyst

Job Summary

Data-driven and collaborative, the full-time Senior Product Analyst will independently handle product analysis to drive insights and business outcomes remotely from Mexico, focusing on product behavior and customer usage data to support product initiatives and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Own the execution of product analytics insights and recommendations across core product areas, partnering with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders
• Analyze features from discovery to product launch to identify trends and opportunities in adoption, usage, retention, and cancellation behavior
• Determine key KPIs for product success and build dashboards to enable data availability for analysis and optimization of feature performance

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of related product analytics experience in the B2B SaaS space or an advanced degree without experience
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Sigma, Tableau, Power BI)
• Proven ability to manage daily tasks with minimal oversight while balancing multiple requests
• Experience building positive relationships within teams and coordinating effectively to support objectives
• Ability to communicate data findings clearly and translate technical data points for stakeholders
