Senior Product Analyst

Job Summary

Managing the end-to-end operations of Premium Dining Access benefits, the full-time Senior Product Analyst will drive cross-functional execution and enhance partner and Card Member experiences while ensuring operational excellence and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Support the strategy and day-to-day operations of Premium Dining Access benefits, ensuring integrity and delivery
• Lead ongoing product operations for the dining reservation platform, coordinating with Product and Analytics teams for a seamless experience
• Monitor and optimize benefit performance through data analysis and reporting on monthly scorecards

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in product management or operations
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Technical proficiency in managing dining reservation back-end and data analytics platforms
• Ability to translate complex needs into clear workstreams and hold contributors accountable
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
