Job Summary

Managing the operations and performance of Premium Dining Access benefits, the full-time Senior Product Analyst will drive cross-functional execution and enhance Card Member experiences while collaborating with various teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the strategy and execution of Premium Dining Access benefits, ensuring integrity and delivery
• Lead product operations for the dining reservation platform, coordinating issue resolution and cross-functional collaboration
• Monitor and optimize benefit performance through data analysis and reporting on utilization metrics

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in product management or operations
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Technical proficiency in managing dining reservation back-end and data analytics platforms
• Ability to communicate complex needs clearly and hold contributors accountable
• Experience in critical thinking and data trend analysis
