Senior Product Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Analyst.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the solution ensuring the outcome meets the true business value by working closely with the Solution Product Owners and engineers to validate designs, facilitate demos and Product Team iterative reviews
• Collaborate with the Solution Product Owner and technical leads to take Epics and Features from ideas to tangible delivery by analyzing business needs with a technical focus on the end-user outcome
• Collaborate with Solution Product Owner to refine user stories into atomic units of work; driving the technical components through to supporting deployment into production, and any necessary production support thereafter

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED required
• 5 years of experience or education in analysis, business process change or similar experience
• Expertise in building strong collaborative relationships
• Ability to coach other team members
• Previous Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or healthcare experience with understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, the Exchanges along with regulatory compliance requirements (HIPAA and/or PCI and PHI) preferred
