Senior Product Analytics Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing analytics team, the full-time remote Senior Product Analytics Analyst will lead analytics projects, provide insights for strategic decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance Yelp's product offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Embed with cross-functional teams to improve specific product areas while providing analytical support for decisions
• Lead analytics projects, communicate insights to stakeholders, and identify new business opportunities
• Design and analyze experiments to enhance products, while generating dashboards and automating reports for data-driven decision-making

Required qualifications

• BA/BS or graduate degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, or economics
• 2-4 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in consumer products or advertising
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python for data manipulation
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Mode, Looker) is a plus
• Understanding of statistical inference, experimental design, and experience with A/B testing
