Senior Product and Design Recruiter
Job Summary
Owning the full recruiting lifecycle, the full-time Senior Product & Design Recruiter will manage sourcing, screening, and interview processes for Product Management, Product Design, UX Research, and Content Design roles, working remotely or in NYC while collaborating with hiring managers to shape hiring strategies and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the full recruiting lifecycle for Product, Design, UX Research, and Content Design roles, including sourcing and offer negotiation
- Partner with Design and Research hiring managers to advise on role scoping, calibrate candidate evaluations, and co-design interview processes
- Develop and maintain strong pipelines of passive talent through direct sourcing and community engagement
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in Design and UX Research
- Proven ability to evaluate design and research talent effectively
- Experience as a strategic partner to hiring managers at the Director level or above
- Strong sourcing instincts for creative talent pipelines
- Familiarity with structured hiring practices and experience with ATS systems like Workday Recruit
