Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Architect-Clinical Ontology & Data Mapping Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand Apex ontology and translate orthopedic post-operative outputs into compliant structures
• Define and document JSON to ontology mappings ensuring semantic integrity and traceability
• Collaborate with clinical, data science, and engineering teams to validate ontology and reporting outputs

Required Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of orthopedics, including clinical procedures and terminology
• Hands-on experience with ontologies, knowledge graphs, or semantic data models
• Understanding of standardization frameworks like RXNorms and SNOMED
• Proven ability to analyze and transform complex data structures
• Advanced proficiency with complex Excel files
