Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Assurance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and document test cases, test plans, and SQL scripts to ensure software applications meet user requirements
Collaborate with developers and product managers to refine software functionality and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Create and maintain user guides and training materials for internal and external users

Required Qualifications

3-5+ years of experience in a QA or technical writing role
Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and analyzing data
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
Experience with QA tools (JIRA, Selenium, TestRail, etc.)
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, or related field or relevant work experience preferred
