Job Summary

To shape the future of the Connectors Experience, the full-time Senior Product Builder will work remotely to discover user problems, define success criteria, and prototype product improvements in an AI-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Discover and clarify user problems by collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders
• Define success criteria and scope for features before development begins
• Prototype, build, and iterate on product improvements, owning complex features end-to-end

Required qualifications

• Experience independently shipping complex products in a software environment
• Strong AI-native delivery habits and ability to run AI-assisted workflows
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and turn open-ended problems into actionable steps
• Sound technical judgment and ability to evaluate implementation quality
• Curiosity about users and a bias toward improving the product through iteration
