Senior Product Builder

Job Summary

Building the intelligence layer for Vanta's data infrastructure, the full-time Senior Product Builder will create a cross-source interpretive layer that enhances queryability and insight for various teams, while also defining project scopes and shipping prototypes and internal tools in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Build the intelligence layer that integrates Vanta's sources of truth for enhanced organizational insight
• Define project scopes independently, making explicit trade-offs and owning the development sequence
• Ship working prototypes and tools using AI to improve organizational workflows and decision-making

Required qualifications

• Proven experience shipping real projects with LLM tooling in the past six months
• Ability to scope ambiguous problems and demonstrate a proactive approach to project initiation
• Experience in addressing AI-specific quality issues such as reliability, cost, and latency
• Demonstrated capability to influence cross-functional teams through communication and collaboration
• Curiosity and willingness to learn, particularly in applying AI to enhance work efficiency
