Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Claims Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and evaluate group disability income insurance claims in a timely and accurate manner
• Set up initial claim and verify coverage using appropriate systems
• Evaluate claimant eligibility and follow established claim policies and practices

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Excellent computer skills
• Ability to prioritize and maintain quality
• 2+ years relevant business experience (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of STD, LTD, group disability, workers compensation, ERISA, social security, and state laws (preferred)
