Senior Product Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

To support compliance across Lively's benefit products, the full-time remote Senior Product Compliance Analyst will ensure regulatory adherence in product design and marketing, conduct compliance risk assessments, and provide expertise to internal teams on consumer protection laws.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep expertise in Lively's benefit products and serve as an internal compliance resource for various teams
• Lead compliance risk assessments for new product features and platform developments, including emerging technologies
• Monitor regulatory developments and produce actionable impact assessments for affected teams

Required qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in product compliance, regulatory affairs, or benefits administration at relevant organizations
• Strong knowledge of benefits regulatory requirements for tax-advantaged accounts (HSA, FSA, HRA)
• Familiarity with transaction processing for benefit accounts (ACH, card networks) is a plus
• Ability to interpret legal advice and translate it into product requirements for non-experts
• Comfortable operating as a compliance partner across product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams
