Seeking a proactive Senior Product Content Specialist in FinTech, the full-time remote position will create high-quality product documentation and technical content to support product education, implementation, and adoption while collaborating with product managers and technology teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create product content and documents to facilitate product education and adoption
• Establish a content framework to meet end-user requirements and improve content reusability

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in product content and document creation
• Proven experience in technical writing and content strategy, preferably in payments or fintech
• Strong initiative and ownership in influencing content and documentation strategy
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience
