Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Counsel to provide legal guidance for crypto-native payment products.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full product life-cycle counseling for innovative crypto-native payments products
• Ensure compliance with global regulations and advise stakeholders strategically
• Draft Terms of Service and negotiate various commercial and partnership agreements

Required Qualifications

• JD and active member of at least one state bar
• 5+ years of legal experience, preferably in-house at a financial services, fintech, or crypto company
• Interest in digital assets, web3, and DeFi
• Experience with financial services and consumer protection regulations
• Excellent judgment and ability to translate legal advice into actionable guidance
