Senior Product Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Counsel to lead the legal function and provide strategic support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and operationalize legal strategy across the business, creating a scalable legal foundation
• Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team, influencing strategic decision-making
• Lead complex, cross-functional legal work including M&A and new monetization models

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school in the United States
• Active member in good standing of a State Bar Association
• Experience as in-house counsel at a tech company or with a tech portfolio at a top-tier firm
• Strong understanding of U.S. and European data privacy laws
• Experience with intellectual property law and commercial contracts
