Senior Product Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product & Commercial Counsel to support its SaaS platform for home renovation and construction professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise product and engineering teams on legal matters related to new features and regulatory compliance
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements while designing scalable contract processes
• Support Sales and Marketing teams with legal guidance on customer-facing terms and monetization initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in a technology company
• Experience with product launches, particularly subscription products or fintech/payments
• Familiarity with subscription laws, advertising regulations, and privacy basics
• Juris Doctor (JD) and admission to a state bar
• Interest in AI-enabled products and emerging technology issues
