Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Counsel - Lending.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy and innovation by partnering with business teams and fintech partners from ideation through launch
• Own regulatory architecture by building and evolving frameworks for existing and new products
• Lead subject matter expertise on legal and regulatory requirements impacting credit and lending business lines

Required Qualifications

• J.D. or equivalent, currently licensed in a U.S. state, with 7-15+ years of legal experience, preferably in fintech or financial institutions
• Deep expertise in counseling product teams on banking infrastructure and embedded finance solutions
• Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing banking partnerships and fintech services
• Experience structuring agreements and advising on bank-fintech lending partnerships
• Familiarity with loan sale, participation, and servicing agreements
