Senior Product Counsel (USA)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Counsel to support product and engineering teams as a trusted legal partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Support product lifecycle from feature development to launch, focusing on privacy-by-design practices
• Advise on, draft, and review technology licensing and partnership agreements
• Collaborate with Security and Privacy teams on incident response and trademark protection matters

Required Qualifications

• Law degree and admitted to practice in at least one U.S. state
• 4 to 8 years of experience in Big Law and in-house at a tech company
• Strong product counseling experience with knowledge of AI/ML, data privacy, and open-source licensing
• Experience at a SaaS company, particularly in databases or data platforms, is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
