Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Product Data Analyst to support their HR technology team with data science and stakeholder alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery analysis to identify opportunities for feature optimization and user impact
- Translate business logic into actionable insights using statistical modeling and predictive analytics
- Lead A/B testing strategy and execution for HR initiatives, focusing on user behavior modeling and prioritization
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in data science, product analytics, or related roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python, R, Hadoop, Tableau, and statistical methods
- Proven experience acting as a product analyst, prioritizing key projects and guiding decision-making
- Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Master's degree in Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field is required
