Senior Product Data Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Medicare Advantage Product Capabilities team, the full-time Senior Product Data Analyst will manage eligibility and benefit programs, ensuring accurate and compliant data delivery while collaborating with vendors and internal stakeholders in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to design, implement, and support data solutions
• Investigate and troubleshoot data-related production issues, working with technology teams to resolve them
• Validate and monitor eligibility, utilization, and benefit data to ensure accuracy of reporting and vendor exchanges

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing complex SQL solutions with advanced SQL proficiency
• 3+ years of experience with scripting or programming languages, preferably Python
• 3+ years of data analysis and reporting experience
• 3+ years of experience supporting Medicare Advantage programs with a solid understanding of the line of business
