Senior Product Data Specialist

Job Summary

As a key member of the Product Data Management organization, the full-time Senior Product File Specialist will drive the accuracy and integrity of product master data across assigned operating companies, overseeing maintenance of product attributes and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of product master data across ERP platforms
• Analyze and manage product records, ensuring timely and accurate information to support sales and procurement
• Provide coaching and technical guidance to Product File Specialists, fostering knowledge sharing within the team

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in product data management or related fields
• Proven experience with ERP systems and Product Information Management (PIM) platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and maintain large-scale product data sets
• Experience collaborating across multiple business functions to support operational objectives
