Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Delivery Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive complex, multi-epic backlogs with significant business impact
• Lead product discovery and feature definition, collaborating with Product Management
• Mentor Junior and Mid-Level PDLs through regular feedback and coaching

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or product delivery role
• Proven experience managing complex backlogs across multiple workstreams
• Strong command of Agile/Scrum principles with demonstrated delivery outcomes
• Experience facilitating discovery and requirements sessions with senior stakeholders
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, or equivalent delivery tooling
