Senior Product Design Consultant

Job Summary

To design and deliver thoughtful, usable digital products, the full-time Senior Product Design Consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders, translating customer and business needs into clear workflows and polished product experiences while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and ship digital products by collaborating with product leaders, engineers, and quality specialists throughout the product lifecycle
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed interface designs while ensuring accessibility and user-centered research principles are applied
• Utilize AI-assisted tools to accelerate exploration and prototyping, and partner directly with engineers during implementation and iteration

Required qualifications

• Significant experience designing and shipping digital products within cross-functional teams
• Strong foundations in product design, interaction design, information architecture, and user-centered research
• Proficiency with Figma and modern design systems
• Experience designing end-to-end journeys and workflows across multiple platforms
• Ability to conduct user research and usability testing to inform product improvements
