Senior Product Design Contractor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Design Contractor (temporary / part-time).

Key Responsibilities

• Support feature launches and incremental product iterations to enhance customer satisfaction
• Conduct end-to-end design processes for new features on the upcoming roadmap
• Perform user research and growth hacking to assist with feature development and market fit experiments

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of senior design experience, preferably in fast-growing companies or as a freelancer
• Availability for a temporary contract from August 2025 through February 2026, with 20-30 hours per week
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder feedback
• Ability to navigate diverse user types and apply industry best practices in design
• Strong judgment in interpreting and incorporating stakeholder feedback into design work
