Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Product Design to lead their Design and Research function.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the design strategy, aligning user needs with business goals
• Lead and grow a multidisciplinary team of designers and researchers across multiple product lines
• Embed research into the product development lifecycle to ensure effective problem-solving

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product design, with at least 3-5 years in leadership roles
• Experience leading B2B SaaS design teams in growth-stage startups
• Proven track record in a Product-Led Growth (PLG) environment
• Strong foundation in UX, interaction design, and product thinking
• Experience building and managing design and research teams from the ground up
