Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Product Design to lead and evolve its product design function.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of product designers and UX researchers, establishing career paths and performance standards
• Define a long-term design vision and roadmap that aligns with company objectives and customer needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design across the product lifecycle and advocate for user-centered design

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product design, including 3+ years in a senior design leadership role at a growth-stage B2B SaaS company
• Proven success in building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing design teams
• A strong design portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking and measurable business impact
• Experience maturing design processes in a startup-to-scaleup environment
• Deep understanding of user research methodologies and data-informed design
