Job Summary
Seeking a Senior Program Director, Product Design, the full-time remote position will define and drive product design strategy, lead UX and UI initiatives, and create seamless consumer-facing digital experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Define and drive product design strategy across multiple digital products
- Lead UX, UI, service design, and overall customer experience initiatives
- Create and communicate high-fidelity designs using Figma and influence product roadmaps
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of Product Design, UX Design, or related experience
- Experience leading complex digital product initiatives
- Strong UX and UI design expertise with advanced Figma experience
- Deep understanding of design systems and user research
- Experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams
