Senior Product Design Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Product Design Engineer for a fully remote, full-time position who will bridge the design and frontend engineering teams, owning the design system from Figma through implementation while enhancing user experience through design improvements and feature development.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to raising the design bar by collaborating with the design team to enhance user experience
• Own the design system end-to-end, ensuring consistency across Figma and code
• Design and ship UI-heavy features, maintaining a strong attention to detail and performance

Required qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience at the intersection of design and code in a product-led company, with startup experience preferred
• Proven ownership or significant contribution to a design system
• Deep experience with React, Typescript, and Tailwind, or ability to quickly ramp up on these technologies
• Portfolio or GitHub profile demonstrating skills in product design and frontend development
• Passionate about creating user-centered interfaces guided by user feedback
