Senior Product Design Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the design system end-to-end, the full-time Senior Product Design Engineer will manage tokens, primitives, and components while building production interface work and ensuring system adoption in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the design system, including documentation, distribution, and maintenance of components and patterns
• Decide on the operating model for shipping new patterns without fragmenting the system
• Drive system adoption by treating engineers as users and monitoring usage metrics

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience building production interfaces in a modern frontend stack
• Direct experience owning a design system used across multiple teams and products
• Strong engineering fundamentals, including proficiency in Vue, React, and CSS
• Hands-on experience with AI tooling as part of the build workflow
• Fluency in accessibility and a structural approach to solving related issues
