Senior Product Design Lead

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end design process, the full-time Senior Product Design Lead will manage the design lifecycle for Canopie's member-facing app and partner tools, leading UX research and ensuring design consistency across platforms in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full design lifecycle from user research to production-ready specifications for the Canopie product suite
• Conduct UX research with pregnant and postpartum women, clinicians, and health plan partners to inform design decisions
• Maintain the Canopie design system, ensuring visual and interaction consistency across mobile and web platforms

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end ownership of complex digital products
• 3+ years of product management experience in a startup or small team environment
• Background working with clinical teams, translating clinical logic into user-facing flows
• Exceptional visual design skills and experience designing for mobile (iOS/Android) and responsive web
• Proficiency in Figma, including component libraries and design system management
