Senior Product Design Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Product Design to lead and grow its design team while shaping user experiences across multiple product lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of product designers
• Translate product vision into scalable design strategies and systems
• Contribute to design projects directly through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 7-10+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design, with at least 2-3 years in a design leadership role
• An impressive portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong visual and interaction design skills with an understanding of design systems and accessibility standards
