Senior Product Design Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Design Manager, GRC.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a team of designers across multiple EPD squads
• Develop new capabilities for the platform to meet diverse customer needs
• Ensure coherence across product design, including design systems and workflows

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of product design experience, with 3+ years in team management
• Proven track record of high-quality B2B design (UX and UI)
• Experience in collaborating with product management and engineering teams
• Passion for leading and building an inclusive design culture
• Curiosity about AI and cybersecurity; prior security experience is a plus
