Senior Product Design Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Design Manager, Supply (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Own and communicate the design vision for partner experiences in the Supply domain
• Collaborate with PM and Engineering leads to shape roadmaps and goals for design teams
• Manage and mentor a team of product designers, ensuring high standards of UX and visual quality

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product/UX design, with a focus on complex, multi-surface products
• 3+ years of experience managing product designers and supporting their career development
• Proven ability to lead product and design vision in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Strong foundation in UX, interaction design, visual/UI craft, and design systems
• Experience using research and data to inform design decisions and measure impact
