Senior Product Design Manager

Job Summary

Leading the design of intuitive and scalable product experiences, the Senior Product Design Manager will oversee UX designers and drive product design efforts in a remote, full-time capacity for an initial 6-month term with potential for full-time conversion based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product design and UX initiatives, focusing on information architecture, user journeys, and accessibility
• Directly manage and support UX designers, providing coaching and ensuring quality and consistency in design work
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design requirements with product strategy and ensure technical feasibility

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in product design with 3+ years in a leadership role for complex digital products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of product experiences
• Expertise in information architecture, interaction design, and accessibility standards
• Experience in managing and mentoring product designers
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and establish clear design paths forward
