Senior Product Design Manager

Job Summary

Leading a multidisciplinary design function, the full-time Senior Product Design Manager will develop high-performing teams and engage in hands-on design initiatives to enhance the product experience across customer touchpoints in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Product Designers, promoting innovation and design excellence
• Contribute to high-priority design initiatives through hands-on work, creative direction, and design reviews
• Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, and Product teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience and brand expression

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or related fields
• 5+ years of experience in managing and developing design teams
• Proven ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on design execution
• Experience in fintech, cryptocurrency, or regulated industries is preferred
• Strong track record of driving end-to-end product design outcomes at scale
