Senior Product Design Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of Product Designers, the remote Senior Product Design Manager will focus on shaping customer experiences across key product journeys while partnering with cross-functional teams to define strategy and deliver high-quality solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Product Designers through coaching, mentorship, and fostering a high-performing team culture
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, and Data Science to influence product strategy and align on customer outcomes
• Guide the design and delivery of cohesive customer experiences by framing complex problems and translating strategy into actionable solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years of experience in Product Design, UX, or a related discipline, including 3+ years in a leadership role
• Demonstrated experience in partnering with cross-functional teams to define strategy and deliver customer-centric digital products
• Strong understanding of product design principles, user-centered design, and modern product development practices
• Experience using customer insights and AI-powered tools to enhance team effectiveness and product outcomes
