Key responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of product designers across the US and India
- Lead design execution for AI-powered workflows that enhance communication and automation experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints
Required qualifications
- 9+ years of relevant product design experience, including 3+ years in a management role
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS or workflow-heavy environments
- Strong portfolio demonstrating product judgment and AI-assisted design capabilities
- Exceptional visual and interaction design judgment
- Experience managing distributed teams and familiarity with AI-assisted production tools
