Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design strategy and execution for high-impact, cross-functional product initiatives
• Conduct advanced user research and usability testing to validate and refine design concepts
• Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to align design outcomes with strategic objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Design, HCI, or a related field
• 6 or more years of professional experience in product, UX, or interaction design
• Proven success leading complex design projects from concept through delivery
• Demonstrated experience mentoring designers and guiding design reviews
• Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.)
