Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of user experiences in clinical research.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead user research initiatives and translate findings into actionable design decisions
• Oversee the design process from concept to delivery, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Contribute to the design system, ensuring consistency and accessibility throughout the product portfolio

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design with a focus on user experiences and interface designs
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end design work across product areas
• Expertise in UX and UI design, including wireframing, interaction design, and high-fidelity mockups
• Hands-on experience with design systems and knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
