Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Passionate about creating seamless user experiences, the full-time remote Senior Product Designer will lead the design of BetterSleep's core app experience, focusing on high-impact user interactions, personalization, and data-driven insights to enhance user engagement and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design vision for the core app experience, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams
• Design high-quality end-to-end user experiences that resonate emotionally and ensure consistency across the customer journey
• Own and evolve key product surfaces, including navigation, feature discovery, and clinical screening flows to drive user activation and retention

Required qualifications

• Relevant degree in design or equivalent professional experience
• At least 8 years of experience in Product Design for mobile apps
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user research, ideation, and measurable results in UI and UX projects
• Experience designing personalized and adaptive product experiences
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe CC
