Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Driving user-centered design strategies, the full-time remote Senior Product Designer will independently enhance the UX for critical features, collaborate across teams, and mentor junior designers while delivering impactful design solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Translate complex business objectives into innovative, user-centered design strategies to drive product-led growth
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, and User Researchers from discovery through launch
• Champion user needs by conducting advanced research and advocating for intuitive, accessible design experiences

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or related field, or 5-9+ years of relevant experience in UX/Product Design
• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating leadership in solving complex user problems and measurable impact on product features
• Expert proficiency in industry-standard design tools for advanced prototyping and complex system design
• Proven ability to independently conduct and synthesize various user research and testing methods
• Extensive experience in developing and evolving comprehensive design systems, including defining new patterns and governance
